One bi-lingual publication resulted from the conference on “Information Technology in a Modern and Democratic Society” that was organized on February 18, 2010 in Ramallah by the Palestinian Center for Research and Cultural Dialogue (PCRD). Discussed topics in the conference as well as in the resulting books in English and Arabic were E-Government, E-Elections and E-Health- Card in the Palestinian Territories.
