The Academy for Quality Government (AQG) conducted an annual Quality of Government Survey of citizens to review their opinions for quality government in Israel. It is based on the research “The Good Governance Annual Index“, carried out three years ago.

In cooperation with the Haifa University and with the Ben Gurion University of the Negev, 500 Arabic and Jewish citizens were interviewed in 2011 on contemporary issues. The research addressed topics like the contentment of the citizens with public services, active citizenship, quality, transparency and ethics of governmental leaders and others. The results were summarized in the NAPPA-report, published in November 2011.
