Sawa Center
The Sawa Center, as part of the NGO “ElZaitoon”, is dedicated to promote the interaction between children and adolescents of different cultural and religious backgrounds by the means of musical education. During six years of cooperation with the Hanns Seidel Foundation Sawa Center established various choirs. In this manner Christian, Druzes, Jewish and Muslim children and adolescents were given a platform for interaction as well as mutual exchange and acquaintances of each other’s cultural heritage.
