Multi-Sectoral Human Rights Training Handbook

The Training Handbook consists of training Sessions that were jointly formulated by the Commission on Human Rights (CHR), AFP Human Rights Office (AFP HRO), PNP Human Rights Affairs Office (PNP HRAO), Philippine Alliance of Human Rights Advocates (PAHRA), Ninoy and Cory Aquino Foundation (NCAF), and Alternative Law Groups (ALG), with support from Hanns Seidel Foundation of Germany (HSF). This Handbook is intended to be the standard resource material for the human rights training program conducted under Community-based Dialogues Project. The training program aims to enhance the knowledge and skills of a diverse group of participants from the AFP, PNP, CHR and CSOs.
